A home at the foot of Mount Seymour.

Member-run, affordable housing in North Vancouver — minutes from Deep Cove, surrounded by forest.

About the co-op

Built in [year], Indian River Housing Co-op is home to [number] households nestled where the mountain meets the neighbourhood. We're a non-profit housing co-operative: our members don't just live here — together we own and manage the place we call home.

In a co-op there's no landlord and no profit motive, so housing charges stay affordable. In exchange, members contribute time: committees, maintenance days, and monthly meetings.

[Review] We're a social, neighbourly community — on summer evenings you'll find members outside catching sun, sharing drinks, and keeping an eye on each other's kids.

Our homes

Townhouses with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms — every home with its own yard or patio, and pets welcome. Resident parking, a bookable common room, a playground, and grounds our members keep beautiful.

Where we are

3956 Brockton Crescent, North Vancouver — at the foot of Mount Seymour, minutes from Deep Cove, with groceries, schools and trails all in walking distance.
